Services

Manual Therapy

As a physiotherapist I can offer a range of massage techniques targeting soft tissues, this is a non-invasive tool that can be applied to majority of cases.

Hydrotherapy

This will work on a referral basis, if it is felt that your animal may benefit from either pool or treadmill hydrotherapy during their treatment programme.

Electrotherapies

If it is felt your case requires further intervention such as LASER therapy or ultrasound therapy, this can be given to an individual. Please note this may require a small hiring cost dependent on the equipment used.

Remedial Exercise Programmes

After sessions, when applicable, a remedial exercise programme may be prescribed. This will involve one or more, small exercises to be carried out by yourself in order to assist the treatment programme and reach your end goals. All exercises will be demonstrated by myself prior in order to ensure you are fully comfortable.

TESTIMONIALS

What My Clients Say

  • Emma gave Sasha, my 11 year old Rottie, a new lease of life. After several sessions Sasha was giving me her paw that she hadn’t been able to raise because of pain in her shoulder. She also has a cruciate injury that was inoperable due to her age and arthritic joints and physio really helped

  • I have no doubt that Emma helped with the maintenance of my 13 year old Golden Retriever, Copper, and care during the latter stage of her wonderful life . I would highly recommend Emma which is why she is now treating and putting together a care plan for my 11 year old Golden Retriever Monty.

  • Emma is amazing! Very professional, caring and patient when it came to my horse Slip as he does become a grumpy old man sometimes. After two sessions I can already see a massive improvement in him. Can not recommend her enough

  • Emma has been very professional and has been brilliant with Snoopy, even though he can be a difficult dog. She has done really really well with him and his improvement has been exceptional. The exercises she recommends, she illustrates them until you understand them. I would recommend her for anyone.

  • Emma was absolutely amazing with our puppy Spud after he had a major knee operation last October. He wouldn’t always cooperate with Emma but she was very patient with him at all times. She really helped him to be able to walk on his leg again. She even helped us to sort out Hydro for him. I would recommend Emma 100% to help any animal who needs Physiotherapy.
